<募集背景>

昨年までは現地調査を営業が行っていたり、協力して下さる外注さんに依頼し行っていましたが、おかげさまで沢山の自治体様から受注取引が増えてきましたので今回、新しく現地調査部署を設立することとなりました。新設部署のメンバー募集です。既に色々な求人から2名の社員採用が決まったり、派遣社員さんの雇用もしながら先輩スタッフが活躍中です。

<お任せしたい仕事内容>

各自治体様が保有されている役所、小中学校や保育園、図書館・児童館、体育館や競技場、公園、医療施設、様々な公共施設で今、どんな照明器具が使われているのか、実態把握のための現地調査をお願いします。

現状の電気代のコストがどれだけ掛かっているのか、事前に調査することでLED照明化した際にどれくらいのコストダウンに繋がるのか、とても大切なお仕事です。

自治体様からお借りしてきた各施設の電気図面を片手に持ちながら図面の照明器具の型番と照らし合わせ、合っているかどうか、設置状況、稼働状況をチェックし、図面にメモをしながらタブレットやスマホのカメラ機能で照明器具の撮影を行います。

社内に戻った後にはその現地調査書類をまとめ電気代のシミュレーションを行う部署に引き継ぎます。専用のExcelフォーマットに入力を行ったり、最近は、AI技術を活用した専用のソフトに写真データを取り込むことで業務効率を高めています。

…でも未経験だから中々チャレンジできていない方?アイネックならまずは現地調査業務によって製品知識や電気の知識を身に付けること、施工がどのように行われていくのかを自然と勤務しながら関係部署とのやりとりの中で身に付けていけるのが特徴です。そういった日々の自己成長によって、2・3年後に技術営業へ転身したり、施工管理や設備設計に転身したり、会社の中で様々なキャリアパスが開けます。

<未経験者もちろんOK

イチから学べる環境を用意>

照明器具の知識不要&電気の知識不要未経験OK現地調査は常に2~3人のチームで動くので、分からないことはすぐに先輩に聞ける環境ですまた不定期ではありますが、製品知識を学ぶ勉強会があり、必要な知識は徐々に学んでいけば問題ありません

この先、現地調査の際に見る様々な型番の照明を実際の建物に近い雰囲気で確認して学ぶことのできる研修トレーニングセンターを立ち上げます。未経験の方が安心して業務に取り組める体制を構築していきます。

日本政府が発表した計画に全国の自治体は様々な省エネや再エネに繋がる取り組みを実施しなくてはならない背景があります。施設のLED化、太陽光発電設備導入等、様々な取り組み計画がある中でまだまだ遅れているのが現状です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

※残業は月平均20時間前後。繁忙期ではもう少し増える可能性があります。

基本給:月給 21万1000円 〜 27万5000円

固定残業代:なし
