  • 仕事内容

(雇入れ直後)

三菱商事系列の大手鉄鋼商社(株)メタルワンの子会社にて、ステンレスの加工・製造、および入出庫管理を担当していただきます。

具体的には、機械を操作し、メーカーから仕入れたコイル状のステンレスを、

お客様のニーズに合わせた板やフープ状に切断・加工する業務がメインです。

  • 具体的な業務の流れ

ステンレスの加工(メイン)

・スリッターライン(コイル状のステンレスを必要な幅に切断する機械)の操作

切断後の製品をフープ状に加工・梱包

入出庫管理・PC作業

・製品のピッキング、移動、トラックへの積み込み

・作業実績などをパソコンへ入力する事務作業

※30kg以上の重量物は、クレーンや機械を使用して運搬するため安心です。

2014年以降、自動刃組機や自動傷検査機など、自動化設備を積極的に導入しており、効率的で先進的な現場環境です。

  • 賞与:年2回(3、6か月分※予定)
  • 昇給:年1回(等級ごとにレンジ(幅)を設計し、評価に応じてレンジ内を上下する運用を行います)
