Job Summary
This position requires the organization of weekly online live seminars, coordination of speakers and participants, as well as on-site organization and follow-up. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for organizing medical conferences/lunch-on seminars, registration, booth organization, shipment of materials and equipment, travel planning, lead follow-up and communication, file correspondence, article management, and creation of advertisements or mailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize weekly online live seminars, including coordination of speakers and participants until on-site organization and follow-up.
- Organize medical conferences/lunch-on seminars, including registration, booth organization, and shipment of materials and equipment.
- Travel planning for all events, including liaison with stand designers, conference organizers, and sponsored attendees.
- Lead follow-up and communication of leads to sales team.
- Create ads or mailers and update the website, manage social media accounts, and work with internal or external parties on deliverables.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing and sales materials.
- Ensure that reports and dashboards are updated regularly, along with detailed analysis that can be used to derive actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in event-related work (conferences, luncheon seminars, webinars).
- Project management skill.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business level English (reading and writing) *TOIEC 700 level.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of using ERP (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) related systems.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
