TANIDA'S STORY
TANIDAは自身の限界と製造業界の限界に挑んできた会社です。
1980年代後半には、アルミ合金に特化していくと同時に、NC加工設備を次々と導入。
鋳造から加工まで一貫生産を行うことで、高付加価値化や少量多品種への対応、
短納期での提供といった独自の強みを確立しました。
2002年にはモータースポーツ分野に進出。
二輪・四輪エンジンパーツの製造に携わることで
自社のポテンシャルを開花させる大きな転機を迎えました。
自ら限界を設定することなく挑みつづける"TANIDAISM"は
モータースポーツ分野によって開花し、業績の拡大にもつながっていきました。
2012年には航空機分野へ参入。航空機事業推進室の立ち上げを契機に
特殊工程認証制度(Nadcap)の認証取得への取り組みを本格始動。
単独で航空機鋳物部品の製作可能な能力を有する企業として、
海外企業様との直接取引をはじめます。
現在では国内大手企業様への認知も広がり、販路は大きく拡大しています。

募集背景
当社は航空機部品や半導体製造装置部品の部品メーカーです。近年、航空宇宙産業や半導体産業の成長に伴い、高精度部品の需要が急増しています。それに伴い、お客様からの受注も大幅に増加しており、生産能力の向上と安定供給体制の構築が急務となっています。特に、高精度部品の加工には高度な技術と品質管理が求められるため、経験豊富な複合旋盤オペレーターの増員が不可欠です。当社では最新鋭のヤマザキマザック製複合旋盤を導入しており、高精度な部品加工を実現しています。この度、増産体制強化と更なる技術力向上を目指し、複合旋盤オペレーターを募集いたします。品質意識の高い方、正確で丁寧な作業のできる方のご応募をお待ちしております。
役割と期待内容
航空機部品や半導体製造装置部品の増産に伴い、複合旋盤オペレーターを募集します。ヤマザキマザック製の最新鋭複合旋盤を用いて、高精度な部品加工を担当していただきます。具体的には、NCプログラムに基づいた加工、工具の段取り、品質検査、機械の日常点検などを行います。受注増加に対応するための増産体制強化が目的であり、高精度部品の安定供給を支える重要な役割を担います。将来的には、加工技術の向上や後進の指導など、中心メンバーとして活躍することを期待しています。
- 複合旋盤を用いた航空機部品の加工

- 旋盤の実務経験3年以上
- NCプログラムの読解・修正経験
