ドイツ本社作成のトレーニングコンセプト、内容を基に日本市場向けにトレーニング内容をアレンジし、正規販売店のメカニックに向けた技術トレーニングの実施、フォローをしていただきます。
また、ドイツ本社が実施するトレーナー向けのトレーニングに参加していただきます。
【業務内容】
1.トレーニング(集合研修、オンライン研修)
販売店の受講対象者に対して商品概要・整備・修理に必要なスキルに関するトレーニングを実施。
トレーニング協力業者へのトレーニング実施とトレーニング内容の確認。
2.トレーニングコンテンツの作成、編集
ドイツ本社が開催するトレーナー向けのトレーニングに参加。
本社より提供されるトレーニング内容を日本市場向けに編集、作成。
日本独自の新たなトレーニングプログラムの作成、構築。
3.トレーニングの運営サポート トレーニングのスケジュール調整。
協力会社とのトレーニング内容に関する打ち合わせ、サポート。

学歴・語学等
- 日本語:ネイティブ
- 英語 :中級以上(本社からのトレーニング、資料等は英語)
技術
- 普通自動車運転免許
- 二級自動車整備士(二級ガソリン自動車、二級ジーゼル自動車)を推奨
ソフトスキル/パーソナリティ
- マイクロソフトオフィス(エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント)
- 高いコミュニケーション能力(トレーニングを通じて販売店とのコミュニケーションは多いです)
- ロジカルシンキング
- トレーナーとしての業務に関心がある方 (トレーナー育成にも時間が必要なのである程度の期間、スペシャリストとしてトレーナーに従事いただきたい)
経験
- 3 年以上の自動車整備士経験必須
- 自動車販売店の経験が望ましい
