仕事内容について

データ入力や業務管理を通じて、営業スタッフを支えてください。

当社の営業スタッフはエンジニアの支援を行っているため、

営業サポート事務の仕事はエンジニアのサポートにもつながります

<担当業務>

  • 入力業務

営業メンバーが出した成果に対して、社内フォーマットへ入力します。

  • 集計業務

応募データを集計し、所定フォーマットへ入力します。

  • 技術者の管理

エンジニアの勤怠管理や定期的な業務連絡を行います。

(主にメッセージ対応になります)

  • 顧客対応

顧客からご紹介された案件に対して一次対応(メール・電話)を行います。

マニュアル通りに進めていくので簡単な対応です

  • 給与計算

エンジニアの勤務表からフォーマットにあわせて給与を算出します。

  • 契約書チェック

新規・既存共に、注文書やその他契約書をマニュアルにそって確認します。

丁寧な研修やマニュアルを用意しているので、

実務経験の浅い方やIT業界が初めての方も安心してください。

入社から約1ヵ月ほどで配属となり、

営業スタッフと一緒に実務を担当していただきます。

資格


学歴不問

  • 必須条件

何らかのオフィスワーク経験を2年以上お持ちの方

Officeの使用経験が2年以上ある方(Word、Excel、Outlookなど)

  • 歓迎条件

人材業界での営業事務経験

IT業界での営業事務経験

MOS資格(Microsoft Office Specialist)

  • IT業界の知識を習得しながら成長
  • 総務や一般事務、経理などからのキャリアチェンジも大歓迎

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

原則9:00~18:00

休憩60分(11:50~12:50)

1ヶ月の想定労働時間は170時間

休日


年間休日 125日

完全週休2日制(土・日・祝)

休暇制度:夏季休暇、慶弔休暇、産休・育休、介護休暇、有給休暇、年末年始休暇

5日以上の連続休暇OK

給与


月給 25万円~37万5000円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり3万3800円以上(固定残業時間:30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

  • 給与改定:年2回
  • 賞与:年2回
