Department Overview
In Rakuten FinTech Group, we have a variety of FinTech services such as Bank, Credit card, Securities, Insurance, Rakuten Pay. FinTech services are extremely important to maintain our over 70 services called "Rakuten Eco-System".

Position Details
Design, build, and operate data center facilities covering one of the largest users based on Japan to bring effectiveness and efficiency to the large-scale infrastructure.
-Operational Design / Change Management / Configuration Management / Incident Management / Operation Flow Creation.
-Planning of service strategy and service design in operation for each service level.
-Analysis of the current situation for organizing IT system operations.
-Operation improvement proposals and their execution based on indentation.
-Construction of necessary operation system and planning / planning of operation rules.
-Smooth negotiations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Qualifications:
3+ years system maintenance and operation experience.-
-Logical thinking ability, flexibility and multitasking resistance.
Aggressiveness and initiative.
-Excellent negotiation / communication skills with stakeholder.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in system operation like Oracle, SQL, Unix and Linux.
Experience in team leading or management.
-More than 3 years' experience of developing backend applications.
1-2 years of development and implementation experience with Shell Script.
Experience in finance business.
RDBMS, App Server knowledge and experience.
