【仕事内容】

エンジニア組織特化型HRパートナー「Relance」における、RAまたはCA業務のどちらかをお任せいたします。

【業務詳細】

  • リクルーティングアドバイザー(RA)/クライアント企業担当

・企業の新規開拓営業

・クライアントから開発プロジェクトの予算や必要な技術などのヒアリング

・求人票の作成

・キャリアアドバイザー(CA)への共有

・企業とフリーランスエンジニアとのマッチング面談への同席

・候補者フォローにおけるCAとの連携

  • キャリアアドバイザー(CA)/求職者担当

・フリーランスエンジニアへ希望する仕事内容や条件ヒアリングのための面談対応

・フリーランスエンジニアへの案件紹介

・リクルーティングアドバイザー(RA)への共有

・クライアントとの面談における日程調整、書類選考や面談のアドバイス・フォロー

・プロジェクト参画後のフォロー

・稼働者へのスキルアップやキャリアパスについてのアドバイス

  • RA/CA共通

・営業戦略の立案、サービス企画

・チームビルディング、メンバーのマネジメント

・業務に付随する情報やノウハウのアウトプット など

【勤務時間】
