1人のコンサルタントがクライアント(ノンデスク業界の事業者)と求職者の双方と直接コミュニケーションをとり、よりベストなマッチングを導いています。

経営者と同じ視点で提案し、人生の大きな岐路を迎える求職者の支援をする影響力の大きな仕事です。

  • 法人対応業務

・ノンデスク業界の事業者の求人状況や欲しい人材像をヒアリング

  • 求職者対応業務

・給与や待遇、転職先の希望をヒアリング…1日平均5~6名

・内定に繋がるまでアドバイスしながら企業や求職者と信頼関係を構築

・1日100件の電話アプローチ…より多くの方とコンタクトをとるために電話を活用

既存事業の更なる売上向上、業務効率化・仕組み化、新規事業の企画など、活躍できるフィールドは沢山あります 気軽に経営陣にご相談して下さい。

【必須条件】

・CA/RA経験2年以上

・PCスキル(タイピング/Word/Excelなど)
