仕事内容:

高槻の城下町の面影を静かに残す、城北町。

その一角に佇むのが、お酢とお味噌の専門料理屋《ソミトス》です。

お酢の清らかな酸味と、味噌の深くやさしいコク。

日本に古くから受け継がれる発酵の知恵を、

現代の食卓に"おいしく寄り添うかたち"でお届けしています。

【お仕事の内容】

・仕込み・調理・盛り付け

・10種類の味噌を使った料理づくり

・お酢を活かしたソース・ドレッシングの調合

・発酵料理の基本(麹・味噌・酢)の習得

・メニュー開発・店舗運営のサポート

経験やスキルに応じて、できることから少しずつお任せします。

未経験の方も大歓迎。包丁の扱い方から丁寧にお教えします。

ここでは、「毎日食べても飽きない料理」を目指して、

一つひとつの手しごとを大切にしています。

今働いているスタッフの多くも未経験からスタートしています。

研修やマニュアルがあるため、安心してスタートできます。

まずは仕込みや盛り付けから、少しずつできることを増やしましょう。

"笑顔" と "やってみたい" があれば大丈夫です。

待遇・福利厚生:

・昇給年2回

・賞与あり(業績による)

最大6万円を支給

入社半年間は半額支給

・引越し代金補助(転職に伴う引越しが必要な場合)
