仕事内容:

【事業内容】

法人向けエンジニア研修事業、システム開発事業の2つの事業を行っています。

【入社後フロー】

入社後3~4ヶ月程度は研修事業のノウハウを最大限に活用し、自社内でJava研修を行いエンジニアとして働くために必要な知識、ビジネススキルを身に付けます。

*研修は先輩社員(法人研修を行っているインストラクター)が担当するため、疑問点をすぐに解決できる環境です

研修終了後はエンジニアとして実務経験を積むためにシステム開発部へ配属を予定しております。

■開発実績■

・電子書籍Webシステム保守開発

・モバイルPOSシステム開発

・大手キャリア向けECサイト構築

※プロジェクトの期間は3か月〜1年程度が基本。

2年以上の長期プロジェクトもありますが経験が浅いうちは5ヶ月から

1年以内にジョブローテーションを行い複数のプロジェクト経験を積みスキル向上を図ります。

主に企業(情報通信系、サービス業、金融系、官公庁等)が利用するWeb、クラウド系の開発を中心に行っています。

開発工程も経験と適性に応じて要件定義~結合テスト、リーダー・サブリーダーなど幅広く対応する事ができます。

OS:Windows、Unix、Linux

DB:Oracle、SQLserver、PostgreSQL、MySQL、DB2

使用言語:Java、JavaScript、Python、Typescript、PHP
