トラック・バスの整備
主な業務は、計画的な点検とスピーディーな修理です。
- 定期点検・車検: 故障する前に直す予防整備を行います。
- バス・大型トラックの整備: 一般的な2tトラックだけでなく、県内バス(路線・観光・高速)など、大型車両の高度な整備を行います。
- エンジン・ミッションのオーバーホール: エンジンなどをバラバラにして洗浄・修理する、高度な技術を要する作業も自社工場内で行います。
- 冷凍機のメンテナンス: 冷蔵・冷凍車に欠かせない冷却装置の点検・修理も重要な業務です。

- 「一筆書き」の工場レイアウト: 車両をバックさせず、入庫から出庫までスムーズに進める設計で、事故防止と効率化を徹底しています。
- 最新設備の導入: 10tトラックをそのまま持ち上げる「ツインパワーリフト」や、タイヤ脱着を楽にする「ハイリフトホイールドーリー」など、整備士の身体的負担を減らす設備が充実しています。
- タブレット活用: 作業指示や記録をタブレットで行い、効率的な進捗管理を行っています。
<勤務例>
08:30出社・朝礼: 当日の作業分担や安全確認を行います。
09:00整備作業開始: 計画に基づき、車検や3ヶ月点検などを実施。
12:00昼休憩: しっかり休んで午後に備えます。
13:00整備作業再開: 午前に引き続き作業。大型車両はチームで協力します。
16:00事務作業・片付け: 整備記録の入力や工具の手入れを行います。
17:30退社: 翌日の準備をして終了。

休暇・休日:
・「土日休み」の固定ではありませんが、1ヶ月ごとに希望を出し合い、チーム内で調整します。
・計画的な整備が中心のため、平日の休みや土日の希望休も比較的通りやすい環境です。
・残業管理: サービス残業は一切なく、1分単位で残業代が支給されます。
