【お任せするお仕事】

あなたにお願いするのは、

封筒の製造工程の中でも

「製袋(せいたい)」と呼ばれる、

封筒を形に仕上げる作業です。

縦長・横長、厚みや固さ、

ジッパー付きやDM用など、

封筒の種類はさまざま。

1mm単位での調整が必要なため、

職人のような奥深さとやりがいを

感じられる仕事です。

【具体的な業務内容】

・封筒製造機械の操作

  • 紙をセットし、機械の設定を調整

・出来上がった封筒の検品

・箱詰めや型抜き作業

・各工程2名1組での作業

・印刷機や型抜機、折り機など

多様な機械を扱います

1日平均160万枚の封筒を製造。

大手企業や官公庁の案件も多く、

社会インフラを支える実感があります。

  • 機械の微調整やメンテナンス

  • 基本的に同じ機械を担当

<15:00~> 休憩(15分間)

<17:45~> 稼働停止(退勤15分前)

  • 糊の掃除や清掃
