【仕事内容】

当社は⾦属製品や部品などの電着塗装や焼き付け塗装を⾏っております。

製品の品質保証や⼯場内の管理の補助業務をお願いします。

・表⾯処理の品質管理

・ISO管理など

・製品の検査・品質の管理

・塗装の外観検査

・ISO9001資料を作成

その他、より⾼品質な製品をお客様に提供するための提案などもお願いします。

管理業務は⾼品質な製品を⽣み続けられる重要な役割となっております。

管理業務の⽅法などはイチからお伝えしますので、経験がない⽅も安⼼して勤務いただけます。

OJT研修あり︕

先輩がついて⼿順を教えますので、そちらに従って業務を覚えていってください。

分からないことはすぐに聞ける環境です。

何か困ったことがあれば、ご相談ください︕

⼤体3ヶ⽉〜半年程度である程度慣れてきますよ。

防錆・塗装を主業務としながら、現在は電着塗装、焼付塗装、⾦属表⾯処理・メッキ、住宅塗装、電⼦機器組⽴まで幅広い業務を⾏っております。

週休2⽇制、年間休⽇110⽇としっかりとお休みも確保。

プライベートと両⽴しながら勤務することができます。

以前まではシフト制で⼩学⽣の⼦どもとの時間が取れなかったけど、今では休みの⽇遊びにいけるようになりましたというスタッフもいますよ。

基本給:月給 27万円 〜

固定残業代:なし
