仕事内容:

◆通信機器メーカーでの部品加工スタッフ募集◆

【主な業務内容】

加工:細い糸を小さな部品にクルクルッと巻き付ける作業

検査:完成品の測定や品質チェック

組立:コネクターの差し込み作業

【職場環境】

フロア人数30名程度、男性6割・女性4割の職場です。新築工場で綺麗な環境の中、一定温度に保たれた快適空間で作業を行います。

未経験者も安心

決まった教育担当者が目配り気配り思いやりを持って、お仕事のやり方やコツをしっかりと教えてくれます。

アピールポイント:

月給23万円~27万円の安定収入に加え、夏と冬の年2回賞与あり。残業月10時間と少なく、繁忙期もないため収入予測が立てやすい環境です。派遣先の直雇用になるチャンスもあり、過去5年で8名の実績があります

勤務時間・曜日:

フルタイム

2交替

①08:30~17:15(休憩60分)実働7.75時間

②20:30~05:15(休憩60分)実働7.75時間

①②の2交替。基本一週間交代となります。

残業少ない (残業月10時間)

繁忙期なし

※22時~翌5時までは18歳以上の方のみ(省令2号)

休暇・休日:

土日休み(会社カレンダーによる)

GW・お盆・年末年始など長期休暇あり。

年間休日:120日(2023年度実績)
