インバウンド事業とは・・?

- 手配業務といっても、難しい専門知識や営業経験は不要
担当するのは、ホテルやレストラン、バスなどの手配業務です。
複数の施設との調整や予約業務が主な業務となるため、丁寧なコミュニケーションが得意な方に向いています。
観光業界での実務経験を活かしたい方にも最適な環境です
また、オフィスは駅近で通勤にも便利。
年間休日125日とお休みもしっかり取れるため、メリハリのある働き方が可能です。
さらに、フレックスタイム制(コアタイム11:00~15:00)を導入しており、ライフスタイルに合わせた柔軟な働き方ができます。
給与
月給245,000円〜
- 昇給:年1回
- 賞与:年3回
※給与は年齢、経験を考慮の上で決定します

正社員としての募集ですが、選考結果により以下の雇用形態となる場合があります。
- 総合職(転勤あり:正社員)
- 基幹職(地域限定正社員)
- リージョナル社員、特約社員(契約社員: 月給制)
※正社員: 定年65才(再雇用あり)
※契約社員: 2ヶ月~1年(初年度は雇用日から3月31日まで。勤務状況を勘案して契約更新します)
※正社員登用あり(実績あり)

- 年間休日数:125日
- 休日:土日祝日、年末年始(12月30日~1月3日)
- 夏季休暇:特別な設定はありませんが、有給休暇取得促進のため、夏季などに6日間の連続休暇を推奨しています
- 有給休暇:年5日の年次有給休暇取得が義務付けられていますが、当社では組合との協定により6日取得を義務化しています
