お任せするのは、HPやSUUMOなどから届く"お部屋さがし"のお問い合わせ対応。
LINEや電話、メールを使って、来店のご案内をしたり、お客様の希望をヒアリングしたり。
毎日たくさんの方とやり取りする、まさに"住まい選びの最初の窓口"です。
そのほかにも、賃貸物件の契約更新に関する書類作成や、営業担当の接客サポート、ちょっとした事務作業など、幅広く活躍していただけます。
営業のような売り込みはありませんが、人と関わる時間はたっぷり。誰かの役に立てる喜びを感じられる仕事です。

・お客様の希望条件のヒアリング
・契約更新書類の作成・発送対応

【募集背景】
賃貸管理を中心に、不動産にまつわる事業を展開している当社。
賃貸仲介、不動産売買など、多角的に事業を展開しています。
管理戸数は約2000戸、入居率は96%以上と確かな実績を持ち、所沢市を中心に賃貸経営のお手伝いをしています。
賃貸仲介事業では、年間のお問い合わせ数が約7500件、ご来店組数1500件以上を誇り、オーナー様と入居者様、そして地域を繋ぐ架け橋として、「おかえりなさい」が生まれる場所を一緒に探すお仕事をしています。
今後事業拡大をしていくためには、賃貸仲介部門の強化が必要不可欠。
これまでは営業が対応していましたが、問い合わせ専任の採用を行ない、より盤石な組織体制を目指したいと考えています。
