【具体的なお仕事内容は・・・】

産業用ロボットのメンテナンス業務をお任せします。

製造設備などが問題なく稼働しているかどうか、チェックシートを元に点検します。

異常があった際は、自身で対応できるものは対応し、難しい修理が必要な場合は製造メーカーに依頼。また、製造物に合わせた動作速度などの確認・調整も行います。

【入社後からのお仕事の流れ】

◆座学研修

入社後は1~3ヶ月の座学研修を実施。工具の名前・使い方からレクチャーするので、イチから知識やスキルを身に付けられます。研修は理解度などに合わせてカスタマイズしているため、自分に合った内容を学ぶことが可能。技術者として着実に成長できる環境をご用意しています。

※大阪・兵庫・滋賀・京都の各拠点のうち、通いやすい拠点で研修を受けられます。

◆実務研修

測定器の操作など、必要に応じて自社内の工場で実務研修を経験することも可能。実務を経験することで、配属後も安心して業務に取り組めます。

◆配属

配属先は大手電機メーカー、重工メーカーのプロジェクトチーム

各配属先では、働き方や環境整備を担当者がサポート相談もできるので、不安なことがあってもすぐに解消できます。

日本語での業務遂行が必須のお仕事になります。※日本語能力試験N1相当必須

Q未経験でも本当に大丈夫?

現在はプラントのパーツ設計を手がけており、特に設計を行うための資料作成、図面 の修正などを担当しています。研修で着実に学ぶことができ、未経験から目標としていた機械設計者になるための入口に立てました

Q仕事のおもしろさはなんですか?

設計未経験ですが、周りのサポートもあり、徐々にできることが増えてきました。業務を始めて4ヶ月、いよいよイチから図面を任せていただけそうです。不安は多少ありますが、新しいチャレンジにワクワクしています

Qお休みは取れますか?

前職では時間外労働が毎日4時間以上、休みも月4日~5日という環境で…。今は、残業は月に10~20時間程度で休みもしっかり取れています。今では外出したり、家で好きなことをしたりと環境が180度変わりました

Q研修はありますか?

今はエンジニアになるための研修を受けています。内容は数学、機械図面の読解や書き方、Excel、電気基礎などを学んでいます。前職は製造業でしたが、ここで機械電気の基礎を知ることで視野も可能性が広がりました。

Qどんな働き方ができますか?

研修中は残業はありません。7月から配属になるので残業は発生しますが、それでも月 20~30時間と聞いており、前職と比べると半分以下になりそうです。前職ではできなかった趣味を研修を終えても継続できそうです

Q新しい仲間に期待することはなんですか?

研修では講師との距離がとても近いです。みんなが未経験ですので、わからないことがあっても恥ずかしいと思う必要はありません。焦らず、肩の力を抜いて、新しい知識を覚えたいという気持ちだけ持ってきてください

8:30~17:30
