Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to communicate with local and regional partners and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in supporting a Sales team to achieve their goals.
Experience in sales or enterprise IT business.
Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with local and regional partners and stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Partner Development Manager (PDM) for some aspects of relationships with key cloud partners driving joint business growth.
Foster alignment across Google teams to develop a unified partnership approach that benefits both Google and our partners.
Work with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk.
Work closely with Sales teams and the partners to develop business opportunities.
