仕事内容


既存会員のお客様へ弊社ホテルのご利用を促進していただくお仕事です。

お客様(主に個人会員様や中小企業の法人会員様)に対して、

家族利用や福利厚生のフォローを行います。

会員様へ、

ホテルイベントや新プランのご案内、

周辺の観光情報の提供やお料理のご案内を

お知らせすることで当社各ホテルへ足を運んでいただく為のきっかけづくりを行います。

「家族でゆっくり楽しめてよかった、良いきっかけをありがとう」

と言っていただけることもあり、

遣り甲斐を感じられるお仕事です。

基本的にはお電話、

メール、SNS、DMなどの

間接的な方法でのアプローチになります。

※状況により、

ホテルでのお客さまのお出迎えや

顧客訪問を実施することがあります。

案内先は法人会員の総務担当者様や個人会員の経営者様が中心になります。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00~18:00(基本)

※フレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム/6:00~21:00)

※コアタイム無し

休憩時間:60分(12:00~13:00)※残業あり

週休2日制(土曜、日曜、祝日)

給与


月給 25万8200円~33万7400円

(一律手当を含む)

月給:258,200円~337,400円

(基本給:238,200円~297,400円

+営業職手当2万~4万※残業手当含む)

給与更改:年1回(6月)
