【仕事内容】

豆蔵デジタル戦略支援事業部は、デジタル技術とデータを活用して、お客様と一緒に新しい価値を想像することを行います。当事業部は、日本にはまだ少ないサイエンス力とエンジニアリング力の両方を合わせ持つ組織で、社会で利用できるAI・DXシステム実装を支援しています。また、官公庁や国公立大学や私立大学とも連携して産官学連携プロジェクトも実施し、先端的なテクロノジーを社会に還元する取り組みを実施しています。

当ポジションは、お客様のITに関する経営課題や事業課題に向けたシステム系支援を行います。

◆DXコンサルティング技術、自社製品(MZbot)、自社教育プラットフォーム、他社製品RPAなど様々なDX関連の技術・ツールを活用した新しいビジネスモデルの構築

◆ビジネスパートナーとの協業の構築

◆DX推進に関わる企業へのコンサルティング

【求める人材】

[必須要件]

■システム開発における上流工程(要求定義/要件定義)の経験

■チームリーダーとしての開発経験

■PowerPointを使用した資料作成経験

[歓迎要件]

□ソフトウェア製品の開発経験 □プロジェクトリーダ経験 □AI/機械学習に関する知識 □オブジェクト指向(UMLモデリング)の知識 □アジャイル開発の経験

【給与】

800万円~

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の年収、ご経験・スキルを考慮し当社規程に基づき決定致します。 ※新卒月給例(みなし残業代込み)):学部卒275000円、修士卒 295000円、博士卒330000円
