【仕事内容】

豆蔵デジタル戦略支援事業部は、デジタル技術とデータを活用して、お客様と一緒に新しい価値を想像することを行います。当事業部は、日本にはまだ少ないサイエンス力とエンジニアリング力の両方を合わせ持つ組織で、社会で利用できるAI・DXシステム実装を支援しています。また、官公庁や国公立大学や私立大学とも連携して産官学連携プロジェクトも実施し、先端的なテクロノジーを社会に還元する取り組みを実施しています。

当ポジションは、お客様のITに関する経営課題や事業課題に向けたあらゆる支援を行います。

◆データ利活用施策や新規サービス企画の提案

◆顧客保有データの分析実施

◆データを活用したサービスの技術検証、システム化支援

◆研究開発:弊社保有技術の先鋭化・差別化、対外発表

【求める人材】

[必須要件]

■新規性のある取り組みを自身のアイディアにより行った経験(分野を問わず研究、開発等。大学院、研究機関等での取り組み含む)

■顧客や関係者の要望、技術的成立性等の境界条件をふまえて最適な課題設定や提案を行おうとする意欲

■経験のない技術でも必要性に応じて学習・習得しようとする意欲

[歓迎要件]

□データ分析、AI/機械学習、IT全般の中で深い知識や稀有な経験を有する専門分野/得意分野尚可

□学術論文出版/学会発表実績(分野問わず)尚可

□データ分析経験(実務/学術研究/趣味)尚可

□データ計測技術(センサ/フロントエンド/DAQ)に関する知見・経験尚可

【給与】

750万円~1000万円

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の年収、ご経験・スキルを考慮し当社規程に基づき決定致します。 ※新卒月給例(みなし残業代込み)):学部卒275000円、修士卒 295000円、博士卒330000円
