仕事概要


受注を増やし続けている注文住宅事業「IEGAO」を展開する自社にて、契約管理事務をお任せします。

分業制を取り入れている自社では、管理部が契約書類等の事務業務を担っております。

お客様とのやり取りも発生する為、お持ちのコミュニケーションスキルを活かして、契約を滞りなく進めていただきたいです。

仕事詳細


《契約管理事務の業務内容》

営業が獲得した案件の契約業務を行っていただきます。

また、営業が契約の獲得に集中できるように書類の作成や物件調査等を行い、各案件の

フォローもお願いしています。

事務業務のみならず外出も発生することがある為、気分転換にもなります。

《具体的には》

・売買契約書・重要事項説明書の作成

・重要事項説明書の読み合わせ対応

・売買関連書類のチェック及びスケジュール管理

・契約・決済業務

・物件調査(各物件、所在地の役所への調査)

・お客様の住宅ローンの事前審査管理

・その他付随する業務

《業務の特徴》

⑴ 不動産の知識を高められる

様々な土地の契約を行いますので、より深い不動産に対する知識がつけることができます。

また、管理部には不動産業界の経験が長い社員が在籍している為、たくさんの知識を吸収

しながら経験値を高めることができます。

・普通自動車免許

・宅地建物取引士をお持ちの方

・重要事項説明書の作成経験がある方

給与


給与形態:月給制

想定年収:370万円~520万円

月給:250,000円~350,000円(固定残業20時間分含む)

昇給:年2回(査定あり)

賞与:年2回
