修繕や設備改修の設計工事監理を担う人材を

増員募集することになりました。

発注者側(マンション管理組合)として

工事の進捗管理、品質管理を担うポジション

です。「住まいを守る」「資産を守る」

設計工事監理/巡回にて担当物件の

監理業務を担当首都圏中心

長期修繕計画書の作成業務

【具体的には】

大規模修繕工事の設計工事監理を担当。

巡回にて担当現場へ訪問、工事の進捗管理、

品質管理、現場責任者との打ち合わせなど

各種監理業務及び報告書の作成を担当して

いただきます。

※一部、マンション管理組合との打ち合わせ

などもあります。マンション管理組合の

代理となり工事の監理をしていく。

技術者として、居住者の住みよい安全な

暮らしを実現するための工事監理を行って

ください。

担当現場は、首都圏エリアにある複数の

マンションです。

現場の巡回監理及び監理報告書作成等の事務

処理を自身でスケジュールを組みながら無理

なく働けます。

遠方現場の場合は、

「自宅から出発担当現場昼食担当現場

  • ご自宅へ帰宅(帰宅後書類作成)」

という流れも可能です。

担当現場にあわせて業務に取り組んでいただ

けます。

最新情報の勉強の時間の確保や新しいことへ

の挑戦もしやすい環境です。

  • もちろん希望に応じ週3日勤務も可能です

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり12日 〜 16日

  • 勤務時間:9:30~18:30

(休憩時間 1時間)

※現場により出勤・退勤の時間は

変動の場合あり

※残業はほとんどありません

  • 週3~4日勤務

※基本は月曜~金曜日の中で

3~4日間の勤務となります。

※マンション管理組合の打ち合わせ

などで稀に土日出勤あり、その

場合は代休を取得いただきます。

休日休暇

  • 週3~4日勤務で相談いただけます

基本給:月給 40万円
