仕事内容:
自動車の*「排気系部品」や「ボディ部品」*に関わる、組立てや加工を行う業務です。
具体的な作業内容
排気系部品(マフラーなど)の組立て・加工
自動車の排気ガスを処理・排出するための部品(マフラー、エキゾーストパイプなど)の組立てを担当します。
部品同士の溶接補助や、専用の工具を使った部品の固定・接合、断熱材の取り付けなどを行います。
手作業や、半自動機などの機械を操作して加工を行う場合もあります。
ボディ部品(車体)の組立て・加工
自動車の車体を構成するフレーム部品やパネル部品の組立て・接合作業を行います。
主にボルト締め、クリップ留め、または専用の機器を使った圧着などにより、部品を組み付けていきます。
部品のセット・取り出し
加工・組立てを行う機械や治具(作業補助ツール)に部品を正確にセットし、加工後に取り出す作業。
検査・チェック
組み付けた部品にガタつきや緩みがないか、また溶接箇所や接合箇所に不具合がないかを、目視や工具を使って確認します。

未経験者歓迎
作業手順はマニュアル化されており、入社後にOJTで丁寧に指導するため、製造業が初めての方も安心してスタートできます。
体力が必要な場合あり
排気系やボディ部品はサイズが大きく、重量がある場合もあります。台車やリフトなどを使用しますが、ある程度体力が必要な作業も発生します。
