【仕事内容】
トヨタグループ内でデジタル領域における業務改善やシステム化を推進していただくポジションです。現場に深く入り込み、実務と企画の両面から支援を行います。自動車業界の知見とクラウド・アプリ・生成AIの広範な理解を活かし、In-Car と Out-Car を繋ぐプロジェクトをBizDevとして推進いただきます。名古屋拠点にて、複数案件の実務支援と新規開拓を担っていただく重要ポジションです。
※本ポジションは、トヨタ自動車株式会社およびトヨタグループ各社への出向または常駐の可能性があります。
■仕事内容
各案件の実務推進(進捗管理、課題整理、関係者調整、成果物レビュー)
新規開拓・コネクション構築(社内外ステークホルダーとの連携、採用支援、技術探索)
ECU・CAN・センサなど車両制御領域に関する技術理解を活かしたプロジェクト支援
クラウド・アプリ・生成AIなどの技術トレンドを踏まえた企画・提案
開発チーム及びパートナー会社との連携によるシステム要件定義からシステム開発のリード、タスク・スケジュール管理、チームマネジメント、業務改善・品質向上支援、開発規模見積もりの支援、等
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
BtoC向けサービスまたは車両・モビリティ領域のシステムに関わるプロジェクトマネジメント経験(1年以上)
(※コネクティッドデータを活用したサービスなどでのプロジェクトマネジメント経験をお持ちの方、歓迎)
ECU、CAN、センサなど「クルマの仕組み」に関する知識
要件定義や基本設計書などのドキュメント作成経験
