体制強化のため増員募集を行います。

なくても問題ありません

バックオフィスメンバーのほとんどは、

業界未経験から入社をしています。

【仕事内容】

自社および投資先企業の採用広報として、

採用ターゲット設計から

コンテンツ制作・改善までを

一気通貫で担当します。

単なる発信ではなく、

採用課題や事業フェーズに向き合いながら、

「誰に・何を・どう届けるか」を設計する仕事です。

自社および投資先企業の成長や

採用強化に直結する裁量ある仕事で、

幅広い経験を積むことが可能です。

自社YouTube:

  • 採用向け広報コンテンツの

企画・制作・運用

・求人ページ、採用SNS

(X・Instagram・YouTube等)の企画・運用

・社員インタビュー、

会社紹介動画などの採用コンテンツ制作

・反応や成果を踏まえた改善・検証

  • NYCおよび投資先企業の

採用ブランド方針の整理

・採用メッセージ・トーンの設計

・採用広報コンテンツ全体の一貫性担保

・採用活動を通じたブランド価値の構築

  • NYC・投資先企業の採用業務

【広報活動について】

YouTubeなどのメディア展開に力を入れており、業界初となるドキュメンタリー動画を約1年かけて制作しました。

―動画制作・編集やサムネイル・バナー作成の経験は、YouTubeやSNS、採用サイトにおける採用広報コンテンツ制作に活かせます。

・YouTube・SNS等での発信経験

・採用業務または採用広報に関わった経験

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

・勤務時間 9:00~19:00のうち、実働8時間(休憩1時間)

例 9:00~18:00

10:00~19:00

休日休暇


完全週休二日制(土日祝休み)

「茅場町駅」徒歩5分/「八丁堀駅」徒歩7分

給与詳細


基本給:年俸 400万円 〜 500万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

  • 固定残業代あり

年俸400万~500万(固定残業45時間/月7万4319円~9万2898円を含む)※超過分は別途支給

  • 交通費別途支給

  • +特別賞与(インセンティブプラン※)

※特別賞与(インセンティブプラン):投資先企業を売却した時に発生する売却益を源泉とした特別賞与(PEファンドにおけるキャリー相当)

在籍年数が2年以上でかつ役職スタッフ以上から支給対象
