担当の小学校にて、音楽の指導・練習メニュー組み・コンクールの引率などの

アシスタント業務をお願いします

<具体的には>

*指導

…学校の方針に合わせて、生徒のやる気を引き出せるような声かけや実践的なアドバイスの実施&サポート

*練習メニューの作成

…事前の研修で指導のコツをレクチャーしますそのあとは、主任指導者が練習メニューを考案するのをお手伝い♪

*コンクールの引率

…時期によりますが、2ヶ月に1回くらいのペースでコンクールに主任指導者と一緒に同行します。

あなた自身の経験がなくても問題ナシ◎挑戦する気持ちがあればOKです

常に専門の主任指導者や運営サポートスタッフとの2~3名体制なのでご安心ください♪

給与:

※9月から時給が250円UPしました
