Q. どんな業務を担当しますか?
A. 製鉄所構内で天井クレーンを操作し、薄板コイルを運搬する作業と付帯作業を行います。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 経験のない方でもしっかりとフォローしますので安心してお仕事ができます。資格取得支援制度もあり、玉掛け、クレーン、技能検定など全額支給サポートでスキルアップを応援します。
Q. 勤務時間はどうなっていますか?
A. 07:00~15:00、15:00~23:00、23:00~翌7:00の3パターンの交代勤務です。勤務時間の相談は随時受け付けており、夜勤無し日勤のみも対応可能です。
Q. どんな待遇がありますか?
A. 2025年3月31日までの期間限定で入社祝い金を支給。就職に伴う転居が必要な方には引越し手当も支給します。賞与は年3回、昇給もあり日々の頑張りをしっかり評価する制度が整っています。
