Key Responsibilities- Landerやその他の輸送システム要素を含む宇宙船システム開発のための熱的設計の取り組みをサポート
- 熱解析を実施して着陸船の熱コンポーネント設計
- 設計仕様書及びDesign Reviewのサポート
- Design trade-off study、材料選定、製造工程、設計検証といった設計サポート
- テスト計画及びレポートの作成、テストデータ解析、コンポーネント/システム試験用JIG設計のサポート。
- 熱モデルの構築のサポート、熱解析を実行し、エンジニアリングモデルとフライトモデルの温度を予測。
- 設計不適合品に対する評価及びレポートの作成。
- 熱、および運用パフォーマンスのためのLanderシステムの詳細設計とそのサポート。
- ラピッドプロトタイピング、ハードウェアアセンブリ、組み立て作業、およびテストサイトへの移動を含むテストのサポート。
- チームリーダーとグループマネージャーへの報告。
- チーム間のプロアクティブな調整の維持、プロジェクトの目標バランスを取り、達成させる。
- 機械工学または航空宇宙工学の理学士および/または修士
- 航空宇宙または航空アプリケーションの設計における3年以上の経験
- 人工衛星または宇宙船の熱設計と分析の知識
- 熱分析のためのサーマルデスクトップの習熟度
- 優れた対人スキル、組織スキル、コミュニケーションスキル
- スピードをもって変化に順応し、新しいことを学ぶ姿勢
- 積極的な態度、チームプレーヤー、自分の仕事に対する強い責任がある事
- 日本語母語レベル (Vendorのやり取りのため)
- CADソフトの使用経験、図面作成経験
- Solidworks、FEmap、NASTRAN(または同等の)ソフトウェアパッケージに習熟していること
- 宇宙飛行ハードウェアまたは同等のものの機械設計、材料選択、および製造プロセスに関する知識
- 幾何学的寸法と公差(GD&T)および公差を描画するためのスタックアップ計算方法(RSSなど)に関する知識
- 航空宇宙または航空分野での新しい工業開発プロジェクトの経験
- リードチームの1年以上の経験
- 英語スキル(会話、読み書き)
