仕事内容:

企業の助成金・補助金活用をサポートする"リモート型顧客対応職"です。

主な業務内容

・キックオフミーティングにて顧客の状況や課題をヒアリングし、

受給可能な助成金・補助金の要件確認・提案

・申請に必要な書類案内・内容確認

・社労士チームや申請代行担当との進行調整

・チャット・電話対応による顧客フォロー

<1日の流れ>

9:00~ 朝礼、タスク整理

10:00~ 顧客対応(メール返信、電話対応など)

11:00~ キックオフミーティング

12:00~ 休憩

13:00~16:00 キックオフミーティング2~3件

17:00~ 夕礼

18: 退勤
