不動産の賃貸物件管理をお任せします

・管理物件(市内約40物件)の募集

・賃貸借契約書他書類作成

・オーナー様対応

・入居者様対応

《具体的な業務内容》

  • 管理物件対応

・入居審査、賃貸借契約

・仲介会社への販促、ヒアリング

・内見の調整

  • オーナー様対応

・入居状況やトラブルなどの報告

・募集条件の調整

  • 入居者様対応

・更新、解約の受付

・物件の鍵交換・室内確認

・退去立会い

・入居者様からの問い合わせ対応

・定期巡回

・郵送、メール、電話対応
