We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations in Japan. This strategic leadership role will drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support commercial decision-making to strengthen market presence. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with global leadership teams.
Your Skills
Proven Expertise:
Extensive experience in accounting and commercial finance within the retail industry.
Leadership:
Strong track record in managing finance teams and influencing business strategy.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
Languages:
Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
Qualifications:
CPA or equivalent preferred; strong academic background in finance or accounting.
