職務内容

当社の取り扱うGLASHUTTE ORIGINAL/JAQUET DORZのブティックスタッフを募集しております。

ブランドアンバサダーとして、両ブランドの世界感の発信、認知度の向上、新規顧客開拓、売り上げの向上がミッションとなります

・時計の接客販売

・商品管理、顧客管理、在庫管理、売上管理など

・店舗運営に関わる付随業務

応募資格

・時計もしくはラグジュアリーブランドでの接客販売経験必須

・顧客思考 *お客様のニーズを理解し、満足して頂けるように行動する

・学ぶことへの強い意欲 *常にベストを追求し、難題に取り組む

・謙虚さと素直さ *他者への敬意を伴った行動と思考や学ぶ姿勢

待遇

【雇用形態】

契約社員(正社員登用制度有り)

【給与】

年収:前職、年齢、ご経験により考慮致します。

インセンティブ:売上に応じて月次インセンティブ支給

交通費:全額支給

【シフト】

拘束9時間、休憩1.5時間、実働7.5時間

- 早番(09:30~18:30)

  • 中番(10:30~19:30)

  • 遅番(11:30~20:30)

【休日休暇】

- 公休:原則、完全週休2日制(シフト制)

  • 有給休暇:入社日に応じた日数を即日付与

  • 夏季休暇:3日

  • その他:慶弔、特別休暇
