■エグゼキューション支援を含むM&A仲介業務またはFA業務
【業務の魅力】
カーブアウト案件は、そもそも経験者が少なく、対象事業の事業活動に対する理解とM&Aに対する理解の双方を求められること、
検討すべき変数や当事会社における調整事項が多岐にわたるため、M&A業務の中では、最も難易度が高いとされます。
得られる経験・知見・ノウハウはM&Aプレイヤーとしてのキャリア形成においてこれ以上のものは最高な機会となります。
同様に、TOB案件も通常のディールと比較して、会社法・金商法・取引所諸規則を理解し、多くの関係者との調整をしながらプロジェクトを遂行していくという点で、貴重な経験を積んで頂きます。

【必須経験・スキル】
■社会人経験:3年以上
■BIG4系FAS/M&Aブティック/大手金融機関(メガバンク、証券会社等)/シンクタンク/コンサルティングファーム/事業会社経営企画部門 等の在籍経験
■上場企業の生産性向上に本気で貢献したいという高い志
■社内外におけるコミュニケーション能力
■営業マインド
■基本的なOfficeスキル(Excel、Powerpoint中心)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■大手金融機関やFAS等において、カーブアウト又はTOB案件に関わったご経験
■事業会社において、子会社・事業ポートフォリオ管理に関わったご経験、あるいは、カーブアウト又はTOB案件に関わったご経験
■コンサルティングファームにおいて、カーブアウト又はTOB案件に繋がる戦略立案に関わったご経験(事業ポートフォリオ分析等を含む)
■公認会計士(USCPA含む)、税理士資格を保有
