事業推進企画(リーダー候補)【製造業のDX支援事業/事業成長を牽引】
【仕事内容】
経営戦略テーマの企画・推進をお任せいたします。
・社長指示に基づく企画立案、調査、資料作成
・新規事業/サービスに関する市場調査・事業性評価
・国内外拠点展開に向けた調査、ベンダー折衝、スケジュール管理
・営業提案資料作成、重要商談準備、議事録作成・アクション管理
・社内外ステークホルダーとの調整業務
・プロジェクトおよび営業数値管理・課題管理

年収:800~1200 万円 月給制 基本給:493846円残業代:固定残業代制 固定残業時間:45時間 固定残業代:172821円 超過分は全額支給 通勤手当:あり 実費支給 (上限あり40000円) 賞与:なし 昇給:あり 年2回(4月、10月)
