【仕事内容】

当社の人事戦略に基づき、採用からスタートし、育成・評価・定着の各施策の企画・運用を担っていただきます。採用業務未経験の方歓迎です

(新卒採用)

・採用戦略の設計

・採用プロセスの設計/運用

・面接、内定者フォロー

(中途採用)

・媒体選定、募集要項作成、スカウト業務

・エージェント管理・調整業務

・面接、内定者フォロー

(育成)

・新人研修、管理職研修の企画運営

(評価)

・新しい評価/報酬制度の企画・立案

(定着)

・定着率向上のための各種施策の企画・実施

(正社員+外部専任スタッフ1名50代)

室長(40代)ーリーダー(30代)ーメンバー(20代)

【働く環境】

  • 年間休日130日、完全週休2日制
  • 残業時間は月10〜15時間程度と、管理職でも無理のない働き方
