兵庫県尼崎市で地域に根差した

医療を提供する、はくほう会セントラル病院。

今回は病院経営を縁の下で支える、

設備担当スタッフの募集です。

病院内の設備管理を行い、トラブルが起きた際に対応する業務をはじめとし、

患者様の送迎や搬送、社内イベント準備などが主なお仕事です。

現場から設備不具合や故障などの連絡を受け、

現場確認を行い、職員で対応できない場合には

専門の業者に連絡し修理の手配をする、折衝のような役割になります。

【具体的な業務】

・空調・電気・電話・衛生・消防設備のメンテナンス

・修理、点検情報の確認

・現場からの問い合わせ対応

・修理や点検手配・立ち会い

・送迎予定、修理点検情報の確認 (送迎や搬送)

・自治体とのやり取り

・社内イベント等の準備・運営

・各官庁への届出、報告 など

営繕担当者も配属しているため、修理や点検など連携して対応していただきます。

  • 病院インフラ(空調・電気・電話・衛生・消防設備)の整備・管理業務

  • 20代・30代・40代が中心となっています

年齢の条件と理由:あり(定年を上限とする(定年65歳))

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

[1]8:30~17:30

[2]8:30~12:30

[3]13:30~17:30

※基本は[1]の時間帯で勤務

[2]は土曜出勤の場合

[3]は年に数回程度

休日休暇


4週8休のシフト制

※基本は日祝はお休みで、出勤した場合は平日に振替休日がございます。

※土曜出勤は月に2回程度予定です。

給与詳細


基本給:月給 21万1300円 〜 30万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 社会人経験3年程度のモデル月給。

  • 高卒21万1300円~
  • 短大・専門22万2300円~

  • 大卒23万4000円~

  • 3年以上経験のある方はもっと高い給与設定になります。

  • ご経験によっては、30万円近くになります。

※それぞれ、経験・スキルに応じて給与額を決定いたします。

  • 昇給年1回
  • 賞与年2回※業績連動性

・残業手当

・交通費全額支給(病院から自宅まで直線距離2km以上の方対象)

・家族手当(扶養家族のいる方対象、配偶者1万6000円、配偶者以外5000円)

・保育料補助制度(保育料半額、送迎バス半額、主食費全額の補助)

392万円=月給23万8400円+諸手当+賞与(3ヶ月分)
