人材を欲している企業様の架け橋として両者をつなぐお仕事です

お仕事を求めている方には安心して働ける職場を提供し、

クライアントには求めている人材を提供することが必要です。

<メインクライアント>

自動車製造メーカーや半導体製造メーカーなど

<具体的な業務内容>

◆対クライアント

・お取引のあるクライアントへ訪問をし、

現場スタッフの新規募集状況や課題を伺い

自社の人材で人手不足を解決できるよう提案

・新規お取引先を増やす為、人手不足でお困りの企業様に対し

人材ニーズのヒアリングと提案をする新規開拓営業

◆対求職者・スタッフ

・求職者へのお仕事説明~職場見学の引率、赴任、入社対応

・登録済みスタッフへのお仕事紹介の連絡

・就業中のスタッフの勤怠管理、

モチベーションマネジメント

◆付随する事務作業

・従業員名簿作成

・寮契約、備品準備

・入社手続き、異動手続き・退社手続き

・請求業務・・請求書作成(フォーマットあり)

・勤怠管理・・派遣スタッフのタイムカードチェック、システム入力

モノを売る営業のお仕事ではなく、

双方のニーズに答えることで勤務継続率を上げ

売り上げをたてていくお仕事です。

勤務時間・曜日:

★シフト制

早番 8:30~17:30 遅番 11:00~20:00

所定労働時間8時間/休憩60分

休暇・休日:

週休2日制(土日)

年末年始・GW、夏季大型連休あり

(シフト制慶弔休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇、介護休暇)

有給休暇(入社6ヶ月後に10日付与〜勤続年数に応じて最大20日)

年間休日120日

給与:

月給(基本給):24万円〜

残業手当:残業時間に応じて支給

【25歳・未経験・初年度の給与例】

・月収例:27万6000円(20H残業の場合)

※月給24万円+時間外手当(1分単位で全額支給)

・年収例:340万円~(月給×12ヶ月+時間外手当+賞与(初年度10万円程度))

※年齢・勤務地により月給を決定します

賞与年3回(7月・12月、3月)

※前年実績2.5~3ヶ月分 会社・個人の業績による

昇給年1回(4月)
