一般的なカーディーラーのように

特定メーカーのクルマを販売するのではなく、

「複数メーカーの新型車」を

「フラットな立場」から比較・提案。

営業ノルマや売り込みは一切ありません。

お任せするのは、お客様に合った一台を

一緒に考える「提案」までです。

【業務概要】商業施設(イオンモール)で、

予約来店されたお客様に

新型車乗り比べサービスをご案内します

※営業活動はせずあくまでご案内まで

●複数メーカーの車を比較し、最適な選択を提案

●試乗車の準備・返却対応、ディーラーへの連携

●対応後の情報共有・フィードバック

【お客様について】

・30~40代のファミリー層が中心

・「どの車がいいか迷っている」方がほとんどで、

押し売りではなく、丁寧な説明・比較が喜ばれます

【取り扱いメーカー】

トヨタ/ホンダ/日産/三菱/マツダ/スズキ/HYUNDAI など

毎月のように新型車に触れられる環境です

【1日のスケジュール例】09:30 当日貸出準備

10:00 貸出対応

11:00 対応したお客様情報の共有

12:00 お昼休憩

13:00 社内共有ミーティング/進捗確認

15:00 翌日貸出車両準備

16:00 各自スタッフごとの役割業務遂行

17:30 返却対応準備

18:00 返却対応

18:30 退社

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥285,000 〜 ¥414,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥74,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
