【職務概要】

マーケティング責任者として、事業成長を牽引していただきます。経営陣のパートナーとして、事業の未来を左右する意思決定に深く関与し、圧倒的な成果を創出していただくことを期待しています。

【職務詳細】

・経営戦略と連動した、担当事業のマーケティング全体戦略の策定と実行

・事業のPL責任を負う予算計画の策定・執行

・KGI/KPIを設計し、目標達成に向けたグロース戦略(プライシング、チャネル戦略等含む)の立案・実行

・デジタルマーケティング(SEO/SEM、WEB広告運用、SNS等)の全体統括と最適化

・データドリブンなKPI分析に基づく、高速での改善サイクル(PDCA)の推進

・担当事業の成功を再現できる、強いマーケティングチームの組成(採用、育成、評価、文化醸成)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・事業会社もしくは広告代理店でのWEBマーケティング実務経験(5年以上目安)

・新規事業立ち上げ、もしくは1→10のグロースをマーケティング責任者として牽引したご経験

・3名以上のチームマネジメント経験(育成・評価含む)

・経営層と直接対話し、事業戦略の立案から実行までを主導した経験

【尚可】

・メディア、人材いずれかの事業領域でのマーケティング経験

・オフラインマーケティングやPR、ブランディングの戦略立案・実行経験

・事業開発やプロダクトマネジメントへの関与経験

・M&A後のPMI(特にマーケティング組織の統合)経験

【給与】

年収:700万~1200万程度

月給制:月額583334円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:業績賞与の支給可能性有り

昇給:年4回

【勤務地】

東京都目黒区青葉台3丁目1-18 青葉台タワーANNEX 3階(株式会社アップベース)

京王井の頭線「神泉」駅より徒歩8分

勤務地変更の範囲:会社の定める場所(労働者の自宅を含む)

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム/11:00~17:00)※10:00~19:00等の固定シフトとなる可能性あり

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(6か月(待遇などに変更なし))
