「お酒のプロを目指したいけれど、敷居が高そう……」と不安な方もご安心ください。未経験から一流の技術を身につけられる研修体制が整っています。

主な業務内容

*ドリンク提供: カクテル作成、ウイスキー・ジンの選定・提供。

*接客サービス: お客様との会話を通じた心地よい空間作り、ホスピタリティ溢れる対応

*店舗運営: 開店準備(清掃・グラス磨き)、在庫管理、レジ対応。

*調理サポート: 名物のカツサンドや、お酒に合う創作料理の簡単な調理補助。

<1日の流れ(例)>

17:30:出勤・開店準備。グラスを磨き上げ、最高級の氷を準備します。

19:00:開店。銀座の落ち着いた夜が始まります。

21:00:ピークタイム。お客様の好みに合わせたカクテルを提案します。

04:00:閉店・片付け。1日を振り返り、技術を磨く時間も持てます。

平日:17:30〜翌4:00(休憩あり)

土曜:17:30〜24:00
