仕事内容:

2027年3月~9月まで横浜市で開催される国際イベントに関わる事務局業務です

【2027年・横浜市で開催される国際的なイベントに関わるチャンスです】

・イベント事務サポート全般をお任せ、貴重な経験です

・協会から配信される情報を全国支店へ配信する業務

・社内の各支店からのチケット申し込み対応~チケット管理(社内システム、Excel)

・時給1,800円+交通費支給します

・勤務地は品川ですが、

【2027年3月から横浜市で開催される国際イベントに関わる事務局業務全般をお任せします】

・国際イベントに関連する情報収集と社内展開(自社ポータルサイトへの情報掲出など)

・協会との連絡調整サポート

・各事業所(支店)との連絡送受信(メールや電話)対応

・事務処理(ファイル作成、管理など)を含む。

・チケットのオーダー管理や各事業所からの実績データを集計・管理(excel使用)

・修学旅行や法人団体などグループ予約確認・管理

スキル:集計作業にexcel使用します。VLOOKUPレベルの理解があると良いです。
