仕事内容:
公立高校内の学食・売店でのお仕事です。学食併設の売店での商品販売もお願いします。
【主な仕事内容】
学食で提供している、定食や丼もの、麺類メニューをはじめ、売店で販売をおこなう、お弁当やサンドウィッチなどの軽食や、鶏唐揚やポテト、各種スイーツなど、分担して調理します。
具体的には…
・朝は、定番メニューはもちろん、当日の食材や天候、学校行事など状況に応じたメニューについて全員ミーティングで確認し、下準備の担当など持ち場について調理スタート(野菜カット、揚物、焼物の成形、炊飯など・・・)
・その後、食器や調味料類の準備に、食堂内の整理整頓、お昼休みに備えます。
・お昼は、学食での賑やかで楽しい時間の始まりです。生徒たちの注文を受けて、お料理を提供、そして売店で商品販売
・お昼の時間が終われば、食器や調理器具の洗浄 ・後片付けをして終了です。

■土日祝日休み、年末年始、春夏冬休みの他、学校行事(テストなど)に準じ、長期休暇あり。 ※学食稼働日数は、概ね160日前後/年となります。
