<仕事内容>
富裕層のお客様から寄せられるさまざまなご依頼に、電話やチャットを通じてお応えいただきます。
お客様一人ひとりのニーズに合わせ、パーソナライズされた提案や手配を行うお仕事です。
主なご依頼内容の例:
- 接待や記念日に最適なお店の予約
- 予約困難な人気レストランの手配
- ゴルフ場の予約や旅行プランのご提案
- 京都旅行の観光スポットやホテルの手配 など
業務の流れ:
- 電話またはチャットでお客様からのご依頼を受付
- ご要望に応じてリサーチ・情報収集
- ご提案内容をまとめてお客様へご案内
※ご希望に沿えない場合は、代替案を提案するなど柔軟に対応します。
研修について
入社後は約4週間の研修をご用意しています。
未経験の方でも安心してスタートできるよう、以下の内容を体系的に学んでいただきます。
- 会社理念・サービス概要
- 社内システムの操作方法
- 電話応対・ビジネスマナー
- 実践的なロールプレイング など

<勤務時間>
