仕事の内容

  • 単純作業に飽きた方へ。段取りで工場を動かす仕事

同じ作業を淡々とこなすのではなく、

状況を見ながら自分で判断して進めていく面白さがある仕事です。

1つの機械で多くの種類の部品をつくるため、

部品ごとに機械のセットを何度も切り替える"変化のある作業"になります。

「どの順番で作るとスムーズかな」「どうセットすれば早く終わるかな」

といった、ちょっとした工夫や気づきが成果につながるのもポイントです。

【仕事内容】

・部品に合わせて機械をセットする

・1日に何度かセット替えを行う

・次に作る部品を考えて段取りする

・作業がしやすいように機械の準備を整える

※年齢不問(60歳定年制、再雇用制度あり)

※学歴不問(高卒・専門卒・大卒・第二新卒・中途歓迎します)

勤務時間


平均所定労働時間:171時間/月

08:00~17:00(休憩60分)

月の残業は20~40時間ほど。

繁忙期には少し忙しくなりますが、その分しっかり給料に反映されます。
