Filter Monozukuri Process Engineer: Wafer Bonding Process Development
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of high-volume manufacturing technologies for wafer bonding processes, primarily through grinding and bonding techniques.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process technology, particularly in wafer bonding processes and equipment, and a strong understanding of production planning and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement high-volume manufacturing technologies for wafer bonding processes, including grinding and bonding techniques
Design and optimize wafer bonding equipment and processes to achieve stable and efficient production
Establish monitoring methods for process/equipment status using FDC (Fab Data Collector) and equipment logs
Promote cost reduction initiatives for wafer bonding processes and equipment
Requirements
Industry Experience: 10-15 years of experience in process technology, particularly in wafer bonding processes and equipment (grinding, bonding)
Taking on new challenges without fear and approaching tasks with a positive and proactive attitude
Able to take a company-wide approach to optimizing business operations
