認知症対応型グループホームの介護スタッフ(正社員)

【基本情報】

・雇用形態:正社員

・勤務地:東京都杉並区高井戸西2-5-1(都営高井戸西1丁目団地1階)

・最寄駅:井の頭線高井戸駅徒歩4分

・月給:232,174円(基本給202,174円+夜勤手当30,000円)

【具体的な業務内容】

・起床支援(声かけ、身支度のサポート)

・食事支援(調理を一緒に行う、食事中のサポート)

・排泄介助

・入浴介助

・洗濯、掃除など日常的な家事を一緒に行う

・買い物への同行

・就寝支援

・夜間の見守りと緊急時の対応

【仕事の特徴】

当施設では、認知症になっても「普通の暮らし」を続けることを最も大切にしています。ご入居者は包丁を握り、火を使って料理をし、洗濯、掃除を行い、街へ買い物に出かけて行きます。時には怪我や事故等のリスクもありますが、どんな状態になっても人が普通に暮らす姿を続けることを支援します。

スタッフはあくまでも黒子に徹し、率先して行うのではなく「一緒に」行います。完全介護ではなく、ご入居者の出来ないことを応援する姿勢が求められます。

【介護の考え方】

介護の仕事の目的は、ご入居者の怪我や病気を治すことではなく、日常生活を支えることです。介護職員の役割は「なんでもやってあげる」のではなく、「メガネ」のような存在になることです。メガネは目を治す道具ではなく、治せない目の状態を補って日常生活を送れるようにする自助具です。「必要な支援を、必要な人へ、必要な分だけ行う」ことを実践します。

【勤務シフト】

・日勤:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番:11:00~20:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤:18:00~翌11:00(休憩180分)

※3交代シフト制

※夜勤業務は2日勤務扱い

※夜勤は月6回程度実施

認知症になっても、包丁を握り、火を使って料理をし、洗濯、掃除を行い、街へ買い物に出かけていく。そんな当たり前の日常生活を大切にする介護を実践しています。スタッフは「メガネ」のような存在として、治せない状態を補いながら日常生活を送れるようサポートします。「必要な支援を、必要な人へ、必要な分だけ行う」という理念を実現できる職場です。

■未経験・無資格でも安心してスタート

多くのスタッフが未経験、無資格で入社しており、接客やサービス経験を活かして高齢者のサポートをしたい方を歓迎しています。ブランクがある方、ミドル・中高年の方も歓迎し、髪型・髪色自由、ひげOK、面接時マスク着用OKです。経験者の方は、流れ作業やマニュアルのケアから脱却した介護を実践できます。65歳定年制度で長く働けます。

年間休日108日(月9日休み・シフト制)、有給休暇(試用期間終了後より取得可)、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇を完備しています。育児休業は最長3年まで取得可能で男性育児休業実績もあります。子の看護休暇、介護休業・介護休暇も完備し、仕事と介護の両立支援「トモニン」マークを取得しています。ライフステージの変化にも対応できます。

\\あなたの頑張りをしっかり評価します//

月給232,174円は、基本給202,174円に夜勤手当(1回あたり5,000円×月6回分の30,000円)を含んだ金額です。夜勤業務は月に6回程度実施していただき、2日勤務扱いとなります。

【資格保有者の方へ】

介護資格をお持ちの方は基本給212,282円からスタートします。資格や経験をしっかりと評価する体制を整えています。

【試用期間について】

入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日までは試用期間となり、基本給199,262円となります。入社時OJT期間中に育成担当者とともに夜勤に従事した場合は、夜勤手当3,000円/回を支給します。

【その他の手当・制度】
