【概要】
評価制度は、社員が活躍していくために非常に重要となる仕組みです。社員が成長し、活躍できる環境をつくること、そのためのDevelopmentとPerformance managementのプロセスを公正に運用することがミッションです。
来年度から評価制度運用を一部新しく変更し、運営を強化します。
新制度が定着するためには社員の理解・協力が不可欠です。そのため、社員への事前説明や評価者への評価研修などを企画・開催していただきます。新運用への移行後に、運用がうまく行かないなどの課題があれば、原因を分析し、制度がきちんと運用されるように対策を行なっていただくマネージャーを募集いたします。評価に必要な業績KPIデータの管理や、昇格昇級運営等も評価制度運用の一部となります。
【業務内容】
・評価等制度の運用業務(Global制度、Local運用等、各種制度に則った運用)
・評価に関連するデータの管理・集計やビジネス側への提供や問い合わせ対応、ビジネス側の評価とそれに伴う評価・昇格・昇級等の決定に至るまでの運用サポート、評価者やカウンセラーの教育、報酬改定運用への連携
・評価等制度・運用の改定に伴う、その制度の説明会開催や各種問い合わせ対応など社内浸透に向けた活動
・Global、APACやJapan Regionにおける運用についての議論や会議への参加と該当メンバーとの連携
【必要なスキル・経験要件】
評価制度の運用や整備などに5年以上携わったご経験をお持ちの方、1500人以上の外資系会社組織の評価業務経験
チームマネジメント経験、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
ノーレーティング評価制度や営業・デリバリー等の業績データ管理の経験尚可
英語力と英語による業務経験(ビジネスレベル以上 TOEIC850点以上)
人事関連制度について、経営側へ提案した経験、経営のパートナーとして助言や判断等をした経験
対人コミュニケーション能力(話す力・聞く力・文書、ドキュメンテーション力)
人事関連制度について、具体的数値や調査結果等を踏まえて提案できる論理的思考
主体的に物事を考え、一人称で行動することができる業務遂行能力
その課題の解決に至るまでやり切ることができる責任感
人材育成や報酬、人事ビジネスパートナリングの各業務との連携が重要なため、経験尚可
コンサルティング業界における業務経験が望ましい(ビジネス・組織・人材理解のため)
