【仕事内容】

  • ソリューション開発室

新しくスタートした「ソリューション開発室」は

千葉県内における地域のニーズや課題を丹念にくみ取り、

それをもとに当社を中心としたトヨタ勝又グループで

新規事業として創出していくために発足。

100年先まで続くような地域貢献のあり方を考え、

いろいろと試行錯誤しながら、夢のあるビジネスを

一つひとつカタチにしていく部署です。

  • メインは事業開発業務

【具体的な仕事内容】

・千葉県内での候補地の選定

・市場調査や行政や住民からのニーズや課題の収集

・事業化計画の立案・実行

・トヨタ勝又グループ各事業会社との調整、ほか。

【ソリューション開発室の特徴】

現在は具体的な事業計画や仕事の進め方なども

色々と試行錯誤しながら、固めている段階です。

そんな新しい事業部のスターティングメンバーでしか

味わえない、未知の仕事を産み出していく面白さが、

「ソリューション開発室」にはあります。

【仕事のやりがい】

手がける事業のほとんどがゼロからのスタートのため

地域や役所の方々と話をしたり、その内容をまとめ、

事業プランにまで煮詰めていくためには、相当な時間と

労力が必要になります。その苦難を見事に乗り越えて

新しい事業がスタートし、多くの方々に心から喜んで

頂けたときの達成感は格別。それが地域貢献や地域の

活性化にもつながるとなれば、喜びはひとしおです。

資格

  • 大卒以上で業務経験などは不問
  • 要普通自動車免許(オートマok)
  • 基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel・powerpoint)

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり158時間

9:45~18:15(休憩1時間)

※残業は月10~20時間程度です

完全週休2日制(定休日/日曜・月曜)

※月1日程度、当番制で日曜出勤あり
